Hyper-Masculine Conditioning
Quick Email for You Today (Using Ego Evolution Theory)
Hey have you ever wondered why some people struggle with anger, aggression, emotional suppression, etc? We know the root cause is too much masculine energy but what events supercharge that evolution? It's often rooted in deep-seated conditioning, shaped by how we react to experiences of fear, abuse, exploitation, and systemic unfairness.
This hypermasculine level of consciousness, while seemingly strong, will lead to a life of suffering. But the good news is, it's possible to break free from that path…
Here's a practical tip:
Start by acknowledging your emotions/feelings. It's okay to feel vulnerable, sad, or angry. Allow your emotions to express (responsibly but truthfully)
Seek support. Talk to someone you trust who you can have a real conversation with. People that won't make fun of you for showing your vulnerability. If you don't have this right now, the “big brother/big sister” journaling method works well too.
Practice self-compassion. Treat yourself with kindness and understanding. All versions of YOU. Your past selves & present self!
By challenging these harmful patterns, you can embrace a more positive and optimistic view on life.
To eventually becoming Posimistic (“Succeeding”)
Thanks for reading. Your friend,

P.s. I'm thinking of doing a daily email up until Thanksgiving ! To celebrate the 4 year anniversary of publishing Ego Evolution Theory (I first published it on Nov 25th Thanksgiving 2020) so I figured now would be a good time to revive this email list & see what type of email content you like best! Let me know if these graphics land?? Stay tuned either way!
